Allen Hardison assumed the General Manager position for the Orange County Breakers in November 2015. Hardison is in his seventh year of World TeamTennis (WTT) and is in his second stint with the Breakers.
On Hardison’s watch, the Breakers reached back-to-back WTT Finals in 2016 and 2017 and won the WTT Championship in 2017. Prior to his return to the Breakers, Hardison was General Manager of the 2015 WTT Western Conference Champion Austin Aces. He has also spent time working in Major League Baseball (MLB), previously holding a front office position with the Angels.
In his role as GM, Hardison oversees the day-to-day operations and planning for the Breakers team, staff, venue, office and leads on sales initiatives, including tickets and sponsorships.
Hardison, who was born and raised in Orange County, earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada and holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. During his time at Nevada, he was named to the All-Mountain West, Academic All-Conference and All-American Bowl teams in football. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Eva and son Allen in his spare time.
Community Relations Manager
Tracy Harris has been involved with the Breakers since the team’s inaugural season in 2003. Harris oversees the community outreach programs for the Breakers as well as the ball kid program. Prior to joining the Breakers staff, Harris spent nearly 20 years working as an executive for Enterprise. Harris, a former collegiate tennis player at Long Beach State, enjoys spending time with her three girls and husband in her spare time.
Box Office Manager
Laura Keller is entering her third season with the Breakers in 2019. Laura, who holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree, is no stranger to tennis as her children play competitively at the junior level. Laura oversees all Box Office operations on match days.
Social Media Manager
Parsa Nemati enters his second season handling the team’s social media accounts and also serves as the Breakers beat writer. He is currently a rising senior at the University of Tennessee where he manages the social media for the Vols’ men’s and women’s tennis teams. He is also a social media coordinator for Universal Tennis Rating (UTR).
Alastair Hurry is entering his third season working with the Breakers. An accomplished tennis player in his own right, Hurry graduated Villanova University in 2018 where he was a member of the Division I tennis program. Hurry has been a Breakers supporter for many years, attending matches, and participating in the ball kid program when he was younger. His responsibilities include duties as a personal account executive for all season ticket holders as well as managing outbound sales call and ticketing services.
Event Operations Coordinator
Chad Orras is in his first season with the Breakers and currently serves in the event operations and marketing role. Chad is tasked with managing all in-match operations, on court promotions, and making sure the matches run smoothly. Chad is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Oregon.
Ticketing and Operations Representative
Max Nudell is entering his first season working with the Breakers. An accomplished tennis player in his own right, Nudell currently plays Division II tennis for Sonoma State University. His responsibilities include box office management, ticketing services, and event operations.
Operations and Sales Representative
Jack Schreiber is working his first season for the Breakers. Jack graduated from Willamette University in 2015 where he played Division III tennis. His role with the breakers will include venue operations, ticket sales, and match day operations.
Henry Kutlo began his Breakers career as a volunteer associate in 2003 and has since moved into the Volunteer Coordinator role with the team. Kutlo, a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, is responsible for managing the Breakers volunteer program. On a nightly basis, Kutlo staffs all volunteer posts to ensure that guests always have assistance when needed at home matches. Kutlo is a member of Palisades Tennis Club and has worked with current and former Breakers players such as Maria Sharapova, Lindsay Davenport and Pete Sampras.
