Front Office

General Manager

Allen Hardison assumed the General Manager position for the Orange County Breakers in November 2015. Hardison is in his seventh year of World TeamTennis (WTT) and is in his second stint with the Breakers.

On Hardison’s watch, the Breakers reached back-to-back WTT Finals in 2016 and 2017 and won the WTT Championship in 2017. Prior to his return to the Breakers, Hardison was General Manager of the 2015 WTT Western Conference Champion Austin Aces. He has also spent time working in Major League Baseball (MLB), previously holding a front office position with the Angels.

In his role as GM, Hardison oversees the day-to-day operations and planning for the Breakers team, staff, venue, office and leads on sales initiatives, including tickets and sponsorships.

Hardison, who was born and raised in Orange County, earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada and holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. During his time at Nevada, he was named to the All-Mountain West, Academic All-Conference and All-American Bowl teams in football. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Eva and son Allen in his spare time.

Community Relations Manager

Tracy Harris has been involved with the Breakers since the team’s inaugural season in 2003. Harris oversees the community outreach programs for the Breakers as well as the ball kid program. Prior to joining the Breakers staff, Harris spent nearly 20 years working as an executive for Enterprise. Harris, a former collegiate tennis player at Long Beach State, enjoys spending time with her three girls and husband in her spare time.

Box Office Manager

Laura Keller is entering her fifth season with the Breakers in 2021. Laura, who holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree, is no stranger to tennis as her children play competitively at the junior level. Laura oversees all Box Office operations on match days.

Ticketing Sales and Operations Coordinator

Jack Schreiber is entering his third season working with the Breakers. Jack graduated from Willamette University in 2015 where he played Division III tennis. He serves as the primary contact for Season Ticket members. He also manages new accounts, mini plans, group sales, and VIP seating.

Sponsorship Coordinator and Social Media Content Creator

Nathan Benyowitz is entering his first season working with the Breakers. Nathan is in his last semester at The University Of Delaware where he plays Division I tennis for the Blue Hens. He serves as the leader for social media content, and assists on all sponsorship opportunities for the team. He will also be assisting General Manager Allen Hardison as well as assisting the head of Player Relations for the League.
